Let me make it short and sweet. This place sucks, do not go here. We've had a car reserved for a month and a half, and they call us last minute to let us know that they don't have one for us.I will never use this place again our hotel is 500 a night And already paid for they do not care about their customers beware of this place if you value any kind of reliability
DO NOT rent from this location. I reserved a minivan 3 months ago. I went to pick it up and they did not have one for me. They offered a smaller SUV that would not work. I had no options. And they were unable or unwilling to help locate a car for me. Only option for us now is to rent a minivan from the airport for $800 MORE! We are leaving tomorrow and now scrambling. Don’t waste your time going there. I knew my experience was going to be horrible when they was five minutes late unlocking the door. I stood in line for 10 minutes for them to give me a car with the front fender, halfway off with a hole in it. So that’s 15 minutes right there. I rented VolvoCX90 for a trip. Before getting the car I showed every single chips, damage that the car has to the renting agent and he noted everything. And surprise, they charged me 1300$ for the windshield chip that I haven't done. Moreover, no phone call no pics or video provided as a proof. Just got a letter saying that we charged you $1300. Really? The worst car rental worked with
