I would give 6 stars if I could. Roy was a lifesaver. Me, my boyfriend and our friend were stranded at our campsite after my car broke down. Roy made an hour long trip just to come and pick us up to bring us to Avis to get a car. He is such a a blessing 🙏 I highly recommend Avis Kingston on Princess St. You will get excellent service
Please dont use this rental car. They will over charge you and find excuses why they overcharge you. I rented a car from them and they overchrage me and intop of it refused to provide a receipt. Please please please be aware.
They picked up the phone even after their closure time on Saturday. Roy was friendly and helpful in finding a solution to our complex situation. A+ customer service.
