I just called to inquire about renting a car on Tuesday, September 9th, at 3:30 PM. An Indian speaker gave me terrible service. She didn't answer my questions, and she was in a hurry to get off the phone even though I hadn't finished asking all my questions. Terrible service. I hope the next person who answers the phone is Canadian. Thanks for wasting my time. I will rent the car somewhere else.
Car was nice and clean, but gal behind counter was surly, wouldn’t speak up, and couldn’t wait to get rid of me it seemed. She needs a new job.

It was a great experience renting a car from Avis in Kingston. The car was very new, comfortable and clean, and the service from the staff was excellent. Especially Roy, the owner, was fantastic and amazing! He even offered to pick me up and drop me off after I returned the car. I highly recommend this car rental company.
I would give 6 stars if I could. Roy was a lifesaver. Me, my boyfriend and our friend were stranded at our campsite after my car broke down. Roy made an hour long trip just to come and pick us up to bring us to Avis to get a car. He is such a a blessing 🙏 I highly recommend Avis Kingston on Princess St. You will get excellent service
