Excellent service from Avis at Kingston Airport. Despite arriving very late and in –25°C weather, the team was responsive and accommodating. I kept them informed of my delay, and they handled everything smoothly. A special shoutout to Roy, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He met me at the airport with the car, and the drop off was just as easy. Communication was quick and clear throughout. Highly recommend Avis Kingston Airport. Outstanding service!
