My work colleague and I stopped in to this Kingston location to see if they could solve a small problem with our rental from Ottawa. Roy was so incredibly helpful. He knew exactly what the solution was and had us back on our way in minutes. Not only did he help solve our problem this time he told us how to handle our rental each time in the future. Thank you Roy!
Very unprofessional service. I was supposed to pickup at 10am. The receptionist came at 10am. The system was down. Very unprofessional attitude. The car that they gave me wasnt clean. Wasted my time. I had to request them to atleast clean the mirrors and the windows so that I can have better view. The blind spot sensor didnt work. The car was giving some beeping when shift from park to drive mode. Their boss was dismissive and unprofessional too. Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Thankful for Roy at Avis in Kingston after our car broke down and we needed a last minute, after hours car to get to Toronto with 2 kids and a dog. He was kind enough to come in after hours to help us out, gave us a great car, and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Highly suggest renting from here! Thank you, Roy!
Amazing service. My partner and I really needed a car last minute and the owner helped us out after hours. Really appreciated the support and amazing customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Our rental was in great shape!
