The Lake Tahoe Resort, 4130 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA location has moved several years ago to the Golden Nugget Hotel. Google, please correct this.
Pick up and Drop off were quick and easy, the rental agent was very nice and accommodating and the price was reasonable.
The satff who help me were awesome but unfortunately we were given a car that was suuuper smoky and made it hard for my 2 kids to breathe well. We had a long drive so unfortunately we didn't have too many options since we needed to get home and all other rental cars were rented out. Again, the staff were great, bit i found it weird how there were bog signs about cleaning fees for smoking in the vehicle but it was obvious that no cleaning of the smoke was done in this vehicle.
Receiving vehicle was quick and easy, the vehicle was quality and perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Will rent from Avis again.
The folks at the Avis in South Lake Tahoe are the best! They always go over and above to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
