Not budget AT ALL. Extremely expensive and not friendly whatsoever . The woman at the front desk was very rude . Stay away Zoom rentals in etobicoke is 30$ a day this place is 75$ a day .
Scammer alert ! I had a reservation from this location and 1 hour before employee from store called me said he don’t have any car cancel the reservation by yourself and got cancellation charges. He said go find another company thrifty hertz enterprise don’t go to this location bad customer service provider!
WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN! They handed me a car with only 3/8th tank full. I returned the vehicle with about same gas in the tank. Did not receive an invoice and noticed a charge of $24.45 on my credit card. Found out from Avis customer service about having not enough gas hence the charges. Avis customer service was helpful, ended up reversing the charge.
I had the pleasure of working with Bushra for one year, and I can’t recommend her enough. Throughout the year, she was incredibly helpful in arranging my monthly car rental contracts, always making the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you Bushra for making my time here so much easier!
