WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN! They handed me a car with only 3/8th tank full. I returned the vehicle with about same gas in the tank. Did not receive an invoice and noticed a charge of $24.45 on my credit card. Found out from Avis customer service about having not enough gas hence the charges. Avis customer service was helpful, ended up reversing the charge.
I had the pleasure of working with Bushra for one year, and I can’t recommend her enough. Throughout the year, she was incredibly helpful in arranging my monthly car rental contracts, always making the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you Bushra for making my time here so much easier!

Ive rented here multiple times, and this is probably the worst avis location in all of north america. The older gentleman is the rudest individual i have encountered - he should definitely not be in a customer facing role. Cars have always been dirty, and usually have a few warning lights on as well. They just don’t care. The business practices at this location are borderline scammy. You’d be better off renting elsewhere…..
