I am not sure what the other reviews are about. I am very picky about rental cars. Every time I have rented at Avis in Napa I have received excellent customer service and a very clean car. I would highly recommend them.
Better choices of vehicles.
They are the worst! They take your reservation and set you in a car over the phone, but come time to get a car, they failed me.. stuck in San Francisco... Enterprise got me home safe, tho. 👍🏼
Thank you for saving my trip and allergies. I got a rancid cigarette smelling Ford expedition xlt from the Sacramento airport avis location . The kind lady working was able to trade in the suv for me and let me go fill it up with gas before trading it in and avoid getting charged the $9.99 a gallon penalty. Furthermore, she was able to accommodate and get me into a new vehicle within 6 minutes. Great communication, easy to work with and saved me from my allergies from the smoke smell lingering in the suv. Thank you!
I wish I could give no starts to ERIC and his entire customer service team for not being able to articulate and being so unprofessional. How do you get transferred 3 times and no one understands a simple questions????
