Je suis furieuse! j’ai bien évidemment rendu les véhicules à temps et propre, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma caution en tout sur LES 2 VÉHICULES QUE J’AI PRIS Il m’avait dit que j’allais le recevoir au bout de 4 à 5 jours, JE N’AI TOUJOURS PAS REÇU MA CAUTION !! Je n’arrêterai jamais de demander ma caution sur LES 2 VÉHICULES Que j’ai pris. JE VEUX RÉCUPÉRER MA CAUTION.

Carlos’s attitude is unacceptable. Rude and condescending. Beware there is NO RETURN after the garage closes so you have to pay an extra day if you’re late by 1 min, and nobody tells you that

Desastroso el servicio ! Te agendan para entregarte el auto a las 9 am y te lo dan a las 13 pm … además de que te cargan a la tarjeta gastos no acordados .. un vergüenza … La señora que se identificó como encargada no supo dar una solución en ningún momento , solo ningunear a todos los que estábamos en la Misma situación ..

I went there only to find out there was no car for my reservation. I wondered why I was not informed so that I wouldn't have to walk 20 minutes to get there and another 20 back to my hotel but got no response. I asked them when they would have a car and they said they did not know!!! Half an hour, an hour, who knows? They also told me that they would not inform me but I had to call them and find out if a car was available. Plus, that I would pay the full amount. I had booked a car just from 11 am to 7:30 pm.
