I have had an absolute terrible experience at Avis at the Denver Airport. The building was full of lots of people that had reservations (staff knew the volume coming in), the staff was taking breaks to talk, disappearing to the back and at times had up to 5 people working on 1 computer assisting 1 person while everyone had to wait in line. After breaking down in the middle of nowhere Kansas I called Avis as a last stich effort to save our 4th of July trip and Terry did just that! While we didn't end up renting a car from Avis, Terry connected my with a tow truck and a mechanic who were able to save us on a Holiday weekend. I couldn't be more thankful for his connections and care!!

12/10 service. The car rental world needs more Terry's. Made my reservation on the app, then called the McCook office to see if they could bring the rental car to the local airport for when I arrived. Terry met me there when my flight landed and had the car ready to go. When I was done, I just left it at the airport when I arrived for the flight and they came and picked it up. Affordable and stress free rental experience for being a location in the middle of no where.

They leave a car for me at the Amtrak station, and I leave it there when I leave. They aren’t the newest cars but they’re reliable and inexpensive. One phone call and it’s all set up. I can’t express how rare this is in a town the size of McCook.
