I’ve traveled around the country and have visited many Avis rental car counters but hands down the Avis representatives at the Melbourne Airport, Florida are the most friendly, hospitable, and accommodating of them all. It is always a pleasure to be greeted by their smiling faces and uplifting attitudes. Cars are clean, fully fueled, and easy to find in the lot just steps outside the terminal. A special shout out to Liz at the counter for being one of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet.

I have been a faithful renter from Avis/Budget for some time now. I have to say that Lani is a breath of fresh air! She greets me in the lot & wishes me well most times I’m there to pick my car up. She makes me feel extremely confident in my choice of rental companies & I hope she remains an employee for years to come!

Third time using Budget at Melbourne fl airport. As always the service was quick, helpful and friendly today. We were upgraded to a much larger vehicle that proved too big for our small family so they quickly swapped it out for an amazing Chevy Blazer.
