The main reason I chose Avis was because I thought their customer service was better than Budget. However, since they are the same company, it seems that there is no one at Avis right now and we ended up in a long Budget line. For the reservation I had at 5 o’clock, I now have to pay an extra parking fee, and I am also running late to pick up my son from school. I will no longer choose either Budget or Avis
Extremely poor customer service. No enough personnel to help.
Not happy with the lack of transparency in pricing. Apparently now mileage is NOT included if traveling between 2 locations. Buyer beware! Customer service was very good otherwise.
