Woww avoid this location with all costs Enterprise is the way to go, irresponsible and unprofessional management what a disgusting place will never book a car from here! And all they offered is a business card from an Airport manager who is a kid that has no clue what to do someone on the name Dorovan or Donovan something like that what a nightmare! It was the 3rd or 4th time that Ms. Lis attended us. She was nice, as usual. She rented us a Chevrolet Traverse for the period of the end of May to the beginning of June. At this time we needed a large car to move from Florida to Michigan, where the car returned to Avis. The distance travelled was more than 1300 miles (more than 2000 km) and the car was wonderful.

Despite booking a large vehicle suitable for seven adults, (which we have booked on previous holidays with no issues) the car offered to us by was far too small to accommodate our group safely or comfortably with our luggage. Avis and Budget were at the same desk with one staff member and they did not have any other suitable or larger vehicle available at that time and although the desk attendant was very helpful, he wasn't able to provide a suitable alternative vehicle.
