TERRIBLE service! Both woman outside smoking LONGER than 15 mins while multiple customers wait… It’s after 10pm now and despite being told and having customers ask they continue to smoke.
Staff were great... But come on Avis, why does it take so long to process people.
Avis preferred? What’s that? Doesn’t mean anything here lol Switching to three start for they finally did their job on the second try! they were able to get me the right car which did not smell like an ashtray!
Had the worst experience ever. Very disorganized and didn’t have my car
