The worst customer service. Will never book them again. Rented a 7 seater SUV and got a smaller car, claiming the only 7 seaters available were booked for upcoming reservations. Essentially a whole bunch of nonsense excuses not to give me the car i paid for. I would never book this garbage rental company again and warn everyone to stay far away from Avis and especially this garbage branch at North Beach managed by Jorge Poyot
Accidentally left items in the car. stop by and they had them for me. actually this was the better service after four different companies that I used on this trip. keep in mind Miami is a busy City and they're all going to be complications with rentals once in awhile but because it's a great job
If you are planning to reserve your car in advance, stay away from this location, they do not keep their promises, even if you rent 45 days in advance, they tell you they do not have the car when you go.
We rented a Chevrolet Malibu in New York, without a reservation, and returned it here in Miami Beach. The car was good, drove us from New York to Miami without any problems. We returned the car easily, without any problems. The deposit was returned quickly. Within a week, as they should have, they charged for the E-pass on toll roads.
