Just walked in to get my car that I reserved a week ago. Martin was extremely obnoxious not at all apologetic and told me he doesn’t have it. He refused to call another place or a supervisor to help me out. This place is hands down the worst on every level!
I can’t say enough good things about the team at this Avis location! Jorge, Mary, and Sandra are absolutely wonderful — professional, personable, and genuinely caring. This was the worst customer interaction I’ve ever had with a company. Not only am I an avis preferred member and use this valet service all the time through uber but the attitude from the Agent Carlos was terrible. Make no mistake this older gentleman is not there to help anyone, if anything it’s the complete opposite and he gets off by ruining peoples plans. The uber driver commented multiple times Carlos has a bad attitude and wasn’t being helpful. I will never use Avis again.
