Absolutely dreadful experience avoid at all costs. We pre booked our rental car over a month out. When we went to pay on credit card it got declined despite working every other location at our trip in the US (i am from NZ). When we discussed with our bank later it turns out Avis not them declined it. I note i have a perfect credit rating. I offered to transfer a lot more money to an account or any other solution but they insisted on credit card only. La peggior compagnia di noleggio con cui abbia avuto a che fare. Tralasciando la totale inesistenza di qualsiasi servizio al momento del ritiro del mezzo (non ti mostrano nemmeno l’auto), la vera sorpresa arriva dopo la riconsegna: costi aggiuntivi, servizi fatturati due volte ecc. Va steso un velo pietoso anche sull’assistenza clienti in italia, l’unico modo per ottenere risposte è quello di inviare una diffida via pec. Complimenti, bel modo di lavorare
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE They sent me to two different avis locations but they were all sold out. I have no car and I already paid for it because I have a confirmed reservation I made online the day before. No one is helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENDS MY CALLS - this is insane.
Maya was fantastic and friendly. I recommend 100%. Car was clean. All went fine!
