Notorious for double charge you after you returned your vehicle and lied to your bank stating you're still renting from them. They lied in the charge was for the previous week but indeed I always paid the weekly rental in full in advance. They also lied that it was a "pending" charge when it was a posted charge. The owner should be in prison!

es el peor lugar para rentar tu auto y cuidado con olvidarte algo porque se lo quedan. Y lo más probable es que el supervisor sabe pero no te va a apoyar como cliente. El día martes 26 de agosto me contacté con la empresa ya que se me había quedado un Nintendo que tiene un valor de más de $400 porque si incluimos los juegos serán alrededor de $1000. Accidentally left some items in the car, but when I stopped by, they had them ready for me. Honestly, this was the best service I experienced after trying four different rental companies on this trip. Keep in mind, Miami is a busy city and there will always be some complications with rentals, but they did a great job.
