My vehicle broke down this morning leaving me in urgent need of a replacement. Before proceeding with a reservation at the Preston Road / Valley View Dallas location, I explicitly asked the Avis reservationist four separate times to confirm vehicle availability — it is a holiday weekend and I wanted to be sure. Do not advertise that you have cars available at a specific location if you do not actually have them. I travelled far in a taxi to collect the car that I reserved online (where there were over 10 different types of car available for the specific date and location) just for them to tell me when I arrived they have ZERO cars available. This is beyond frustrating and inconvenient. I planned my holiday around this rental and needing to drive out of town. Staff was Amazing! Really helped us get moving.
Reserved a car with Richard and dropped it off with him. The car was in great condition, had cool tech, and the service was incredible. Definitely would love to look back here in the event I need another rental in the future as long as it’s a sedan next time
World's worst rental car centre. I reserved my car before 10 days and on the day of pick up before 3 hours they called me and said that they do not have the vehicle available. They are epitome of unprofessionalism. I was lucky to find vehicle from another rental agency. They lost my and my company's business forever. Never consider them.
