Amazing courteous customer service I was able to rent a reliable vehicle that met my needs. Convenient location do not have to travel all the way to the airport.

Be careful that you understand even 10 mins over the return time and you will be charged a full day. I was charged multiple fees that I am still unsure about. Garbage rental company, well worth paying slightly higher prices for other rentals. 10/10 will never use again

Lindsay was very helpful. I did a mini lease here for about 3M which means I needed to switch vehicles as maintenance was done. She always got me into vehicles that fit my needs. She made the process as smooth as possible. There is a drawback to this location that since she is the only person working there, they may or may not be open when you come. And again due to one employee, when someone had returned a vehicle after sneaking a dog into it, she wasn't able to vacuum it out so I was stuck sneezing the whole way back until... read more

My family Booked a Rental Car online for a trip, we called and asked a bunch of questions to make sure the price was correct and was told yes by customer service that the amount shown online would be the amount that we would owe when we picked up the car, once we got down to the rental place the actual price ended up somehow being over double what we were quoted online almost $800 in total, the woman behind the counter was rudely talking on her phone the whole time while we where trying to get answers on the price, i will no... read more

Service is entirely dependent on the individual employee helping you. If you get a good one, the pickup /drop off process is smooth and effortless. If you get a bad employee, you will be forced to bend to the will of their discretionary authority. Their refusal to adhere to their own corporate and legal policies resulted in me paying an additional $85 to simply get the vehicle. Save yourself the hassle and rent from literally anywhere else! The car was great but it's just not worth it!
