Waited 5 hours to get a car!!! Worst experience in my life, and the AVIS phone support was useless (the people working there were nice and felt just as desperate as we all were while waiting there for a car). Don't ever rent from this location and/or AVIS!!!!!!
Didn’t have cars, and they told me to come back later so I’m giving it 4 stars but Erica helped me out and helped sorted some issues also so shoutout to her
The customer service cannot answer any questions for you. Please don’t expect service aside from telling you to call customer service. We booked for pick up at 1pm on a Saturday which is probably the main issue and there is NO CAR available for your scheduled pick up. They do not guarantee availability of cars at your scheduled time. They blame it on customer delays of returning cars. What a disaster. Avoid this location please. The two staff here had ZERO knowledge of solving any customer problems. AVOID!
We booked a compact car but the only options left during our pick up are SUVs and pickup trucks. We ended up getting an SUV. Though it sounds like an upgrade, it was a bit unnecessary especially with the current gas price. Nevertheless, Carmen and Erica were super helpful and responsive. Big shoutouts to them!
What an excellent experience renting a car at this location! Erica Warren and Herbert went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. I had just moved to New York that day and encountered an unfortunate issue, but they worked with me to find a solution and get me the transportation I needed. As someone from out of town, I truly appreciated their willingness to accommodate my circumstances.
