I’m a presidents club member at Avis and this team has the BEST customer service ever. Herbert and Carmen are hands down the kindest, sweetest managers. They always make sure I have the easiest experience that’s quick and seamless. I’m so happy this location is closest to me, I’ll be a lifelong Avis customer because of this team’s dedication to impeccable customer service.
