Great service, great cars.
There were no cars available, and the person at the front counter was extremely rude. They only inform you that no cars are available after you arrive, which is very unprofessional. There seems to be no sense of responsibility or customer service. I would strongly recommend not booking from this location, as they do not handle customers properly and the service is extremely poor.
One of the rost rental in the market. They provide unclean cars saying that aren’t allowed to clean in that area. Asked for a different car since the car was stinking and there were lighters, soda cans and popcorn everywhere but all say is this is the only car they have, take it or leave it. I tried for a replacement for good 10 days with no luck and went ahead to San Jose airport to exchange. I got a different one but that stinked too.
