Bad rental center, horrible attitude of the front desk person

Joel and his team have been wonderful to deal with every time I rent from this location. Incredible customer service, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile.
I have been renting through my corporate, with this location, and the staff has been always incredibly supportive. They always handle the requests patiently and give very quick responses, and they saved a lot of time and effort for me by going above and beyond. Been renting for almost close to an year now! Love the service and completely recommend this location. All the staff are very supportive.
Greatest service. They used to helping customers for pick up and drop off time. Rental vehicle very clean interior and outside too.
