Excellent experience with Avis at the San Jose location! The agent was fantastic—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Check-in was fast and stress-free, and I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a car that felt practically brand new. The pickup process was smooth, and returning the vehicle was just as easy with a quick, hassle-free drop-off. Overall, an outstanding rental experience. Highly recommend this location and would absolutely rent from Avis here again!
