Never answers phone, does not honor Avis pickup Booked a rental with this company a week in advance and requested pickup service. Tried calling ALL WEEK to confirm the pickup, nobody ever anwered the phone (always goes to national office). National office tried to call, no luck, called another AVIS and the said they coudl not give us the mgrs. number. On the day of the rental, they did not pick me up - had to take a cab. cars The last car I got from here was not very clean. I was very disappointed. They do have good deals but if the car isn't clean its not worth it to me.
Avis Rent A Car is outstanding at E Bell Road Avis Rent-A-Car on E Bell Rd has over many months delivered great service and price. Vince has been most accommodating. "Don't forget to leave the key!"
No customer service The people that work at this rental place have no sence of customer service. I think this place has to have a training course for the people they hire, especially if the job requires to deal with people on a day to day basis. Walked in no one greeted me. I had to inisiate the conversation. Then when I finally got the car. They gave me the keys then told me it was outside to the left look for the license plate. I couldn't believe how rude they were. Canadian very impressed with servicet from Avis I have been visiting Phoenix for the past 3 years, but its only the last few months that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Avis at Bell Towne Plaza, specifically Dave and Vince. They treated me wonderfully, always getting me a car with a sunroof. But they outdid themselves with this last rental, it was fantastic, a red convertible!! Car Rental Some clerks politely answered the questions we could think of and others were rushed & difficult to understand. Small selection of cars to choose from. But if you ever need to rent a car last minute they can be sure to help you. All you need is a credit card and a valid drivers licence.
Friendly and helpful I really liked the experience of renting at Avis. The process was really fast, around 10 minutes only. Unlike some others Car rentals, Avis didn't requires an international Driver license. We had just a couple of weeks at Stanford when we needed a car for a weekend trip, an they acepted my husband's license from Dominican Republic.
