This place just sucks. Had a car reserved for 6pm which we discovered upon arrival that they close at 6pm and would not answer their phone or door despite arriving a few minutes early. We then proceed to pick up the reservation the next morning before 9am and they informed us that they don't have any cars to fulfill our reservation and would have to pay a significant fee to get a much larger vehicle instead.
