I had an excellent experience renting from Avis, and Brandy was a huge reason why. She was fast, efficient, and very professional. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It’s nice to find someone who combines great customer service with genuine knowledge and efficiency the way Brandy does. I’ve used this budget rental several times now and have had prompt, professional, and quality service every time. From moving trucks to car rentals, things were seamless. When picking up and dropping off rentals Brandy has been extremely enjoyable to work with. She always answered my questions and assisted with clarifications on the drop offs. Always had a very clean car or truck too and very accommodating. Definitely will use this budget rental again.
