DO NOT reserve a car from this location. I booked months ago and came in and they had no cars available. The response was one of total apathy and no apologies nor attempts to fix the problem were offered. The owner Babajide Oletedi was not reachable.
Listen to the other reviews, made us wait at the front desk for 30 minutes with no one there, and overall awful customer service. Car was also dirty needed to get a car wash myself.
The staff and service is horrible. I made reservations here a few times and when you arrive they tell you they do not have a car for your reservation. 🤔
I disregarded the reviews, because who really leaves reviews for a car rental, but wow they are so negative for a reason!! I was meant to pickup my rental at 11am and got a call stating there would be a 3-4 delay on getting a vehicle for me and absolutely 0 attempt to help or make good on their mistake. Super disappointing and unreliable service.
We made a car reservation with a full week in advance, expecting a smooth pickup experience. However, when we arrived to check if the car was ready, we were told they were “about to call us” because they had no cars available. If we hadn’t gone in person, it seems very likely that we wouldn’t have been notified in time, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
