Reserved a car while staying at the hotel but somehow his system broke down in the middle of finding out I only needed a vehicle for 1 day. Then it miraculously worked for the next 2 guests then told me he was out of cars. Avis corporate didn’t do anything to help find a car they just said they’ll refund me. I’d just say be careful renting here and don’t let this be your only option.

Called me the morning of my rental pickup at 8am saying they were sold out and gave me the customer service number. Then customer service told me the rate was going to be more from another location and that I'd have to go to the location to see if they had cars. What an awful experience. Goodbye Avis.
The representative is never at the desk. Be it returns or pick up, one needs to wait for an hour at the very least before the guy decides to show up at the counter. This is hands down THE MOST unprofessional Avis facility I have come across till date. Disgusted!
