They let me book a reservation and car online just to turn around and say they were sold out and now i have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund??? Do better!

This is why I only deal with the Airport location smh. 1. They don’t answer the phone, so it forwards you to cooperate 2. This guy is working by himself and running up and down stairs getting cars 3. Every question you ask, he has to call his manager 4. This is the second time I paid for a vehicle and when I arrive, THEY NEVER HAVE IT!! 5. I just wasted 1 hour 23 minutes in line just for them not to have what we needed. 6. This Avis location is a little tricky to find. You need to drop off the car with the hotel valet, and the Avis counter is located inside the Wyndham hotel. When I picked up the car at ATL, the staff member didn’t explain the process very clearly, which caused some confusion. However, Dorian at the Buckhead location was extremely helpful and was able to sort everything out for me. Really appreciated his assistance. Btw, the condition of the rental car is solid. Nice and clean

Dorian got me checked in and out in a couple minutes. I had a last minute reservation and he took good care of me. Best customer service I've experienced at any car rental!
