HORRIBLE place to rent a car. We were in California on family emergency. It ran over and we were 3 1/2 hours away and could not return the car on time. We tried to call multiple times to extend without success. They charged us double the price for returning it late. I've done this with other rentals and never treated this way. I won't be doing business with them ever!
Great experience renting in a car with them everyone was friendly knowledgeable and extra speedy to get us out as soon as possible

Fraudulent activities going on here, double charges my account twice had to call multiple sources to get the charges look at still on going investigating
I waited 30 minutes for a car to be ready; they didn’t have the one I was promised. They didn’t like the Navy card I paid with and wanted my SSN for some reason. My credit is locked for security, so no car for me. I did waste $50 to and from for no results, lost my morning and other opportunities, and was forced to break work commitments for later today.
I came into there late notice for a rental car , the staff was very nice to me and got me in and out with a premium car . I would recommend them for any of your transportation needs, they are the best !
DO NOT rent a car from these people. They will charge you a clean out fee no matter what. We received a charge for pet hair and never even had a pet with us. We started off our trip with the oil life at 8% and had to add oil to their car when we arrived at our destination since it was below the level.
