They twice tried to offload unsafe cars on me. Then when I came back to the counter and said I don't want to do business, all of a sudden they have decent cars to offer me. Too bad for you, took my business elsewhere and am keeping my money

Outstanding Service at Avis! I’ve rented from this location several times and the experience is always excellent thanks to their awesome representative, Martha. She’s incredibly helpful, answers all my questions patiently, and always ensures the cars are clean, fresh, and delivered with a full tank of gas. She even holds the car for early reservations.
