Martha at Avis in Herndon is absolutely amazing! She is always so helpful, friendly, and flexible with everything. Every time I need a rental, she makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Her customer service is honestly one of the main reasons I keep choosing this Avis location for my rentals. Thank you, Martha, for always being so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend her!

Martha was unhelpful and rude. Like many other reviewers, I was called on the pick-up day and told that no car would be available for me, even though I had a confirmed reservation. After being told (by Martha over the phone) that she could do absolutely nothing to assist me, the location canceled my reservation outright without informing me and without so much as a follow-up question. Hailey recommend this location. Staff is very nice and helpful. Renting a car can be stressful sometimes, but here they make it a much less stressful experience. When I actually had an issue with needing to return my car a little bit late due to unforeseen traffic I called them and they helped me out by moving my drop off to a different location Closer to me and a later time. Highly recommend this location.
