Had a great rental car and had great customer service when dropping car off. Would definitely come back here to rent a vehicle
Reserved a vehicle a month in advance. Two days prior, my travel schedule changed and I requested an extension of 8 hours on the rental. I called the location directly and was referred to a 1-800 number. Since the business (Rogers) would be closed, they wouldn’t let me drop it off after hours. The Avis rep was rude and stated I couldn’t rent the vehicle during the extra requested time leaving me no choice but to cancel the entire reservation since I would be late returning the car.
