Even though I booked a car in advance, they didn't have a car when I went to pick it up!!
When I booked online it showed 80 online but ended up charging 140+ with everything. I had an issue and dropped 2 hrs late they said they would charge me a full day. When I told them I would be upset and there would be a problem if that’s the case and they magically dropped it to $50. So 190 for a day rental. renting a car is always riddled with fees and nonsense - and I rent several times a year - but this was my least favorite experience and really makes the case for ride sharing.
So helpful and super nice! 10/10 recommend
