Matt was the person who took our rental car back after a long drive from Washington DC to Austin texas. He was incredibly kind and helpful and explained the return process and the charges very clearly. We will be definitely returning to Avis as well as this location for all our future rental car needs.

I've been considering buying an EV, so I rented one from this Avis for a week-long long-range trip across state lines to get a feel for what to expect. Matt at this location was awesome. He gave me a lot of tips on using EVs for long trips, and even provided a few resources to look into. I'll definitely be back here again.
