The Expedition we rented was perfect for our family on a long trip. It handled the snow covered roads nicely. The price was worth it.
If you’re looking for unprofessional attitudes, confusing policies and a lack of general common sense, this is your place! This location sucks. Customer service is bad. They can’t figure out their systems and when a systemic issue pops up they will yell at you, cuss you out and kick you out to cover their mistakes. Completely unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all costs, let this location fail and close.
Affordable compared to other rental car agencies. I would say the best part of my experience was the customer service!! Both people I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly. They made sure I got exactly what I needed & went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and protected. I would recommend the Avis in Heath, Ohio to anyone looking to rent a car
