Maravillosa la Atención de Oscar Especialmente amable y coperativo. Nos atendió con una sonrisa y buen humor Nos explicó todo con muy buen animo y Nos acompañó hasta el auto. Un excelente elemento.

Horrible experience! Was told I could use debit since I flew in, had my flight number and come to find out I couldn’t. I had a supervisor on the phone wondering why cbx Avis kept telling me no and the lady at the counter refused to talk to the supervisor. I had to wait 6 hours to take a bus to my destination. Also the car rental was $60, ended up paying $134 dude to fuel fill up on their end. A headache!! Talked to a Avis supervisor and was told I could use debit as long as it matched my ID. Come to find out I couldn’t, I flew in, had a flight number and they didn’t want to run my card, the lady at the counter refused to talk to the supervisor. Landed at around 11:30am and had to wait until 6pm to take a bus since no one had a car to rent.

Pésima experiencia al percibir el poco interés que se muestra al cliente. Llegamos en la noche y ya no alcanzamos a rentar, nos fuimos en Uber y a la mañana siguiente le comenté a la chica que sale ahí en varias de las fotos que subieron los demás usuarios y me dijo que ya no podía darme el auto y que tenía que hacer nueva reserva (le pregunté si ella podía hacerlo y me dijo que no, que tampoco tenía un número porque yo había rentado desde AVIS lac y ellos eran otro AVIS) después de investigar por mi cuenta encontré el númer... read more
