So, we had a bit of a Seinfeld snafu. They took the rental, but did not hold the rental. Ahmed @ Avis to the rescue! He was able to fix the issue so we were back on the road as planned! Thank you for your help.
Picked up at Minneapolis St. Paul airport. Wanted to return to a downtown Minneapolis , instead of the airport location. It would cost according to the agent an extra 135$ to make a few miles change to the drop of location. What the heck ! That’s outrageous. I assumed there would be a fee , but come on 135$ is just nuts!
