I never recommend dealing with them. Unfortunately, they steal your money after you pay with your Visa. They keep withdrawing from it without your permission until you are forced to close it.

So I got a car here that smelled like smoke shortly after I got it; it took them 10 minutes to bring it to me. I infer they aired it out? Now, a month later, I get a bill for tire damage?!?!? So I'm paying a premium for a lemon. Avoid this location for sure; I've got status with Avis but won't use the company again. EDIT: so they contacted me and offered me nothing. I found these photos I took showing the tire I supposedly-damaged was low when I left the garage. So my advice is, avoid this location even if you *are* prepared... read more
