Helpful and very efficient service
The location in Hoboken, NJ is horrible. You drive into a garage with no direction on how to return the car. When we arrived, there was no one manning the booth so we called the 800 number. The guy on the line told me because I was late returning the car, I had to come back the next day. This was at 4 in the afternoon. Finally, I found a worker and figured out how to return it. He also repeatedly told me that the reservation printed on the paper I was given was invalid.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. No issues. Great experience.
