Terrible experience,I booked a car thought this location,however the pick up location end up being Manhattan. Anyway, when I called the location the 'gentlemen' who works there said he cannot help me but gave me a phone number to call and when I called someone with an indian or pakistani accent started asking me about my credit card number, started saying how he is going to send me some kind of coupon on my email (nothing related to the reservation) I was so in shock I had to hang up. SCAM

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The whole rental process was smooth
Finding the counter was very difficult given the local road closure; I would appreciate some instructions on getting there instead of multiple emails asking for upgrades prior to pick-up. Or a sign inside the garage would help. The staff were very relaxed about the condition of the car and ensured me that they are well aware of the scratches without having to note them on the slip.
