1 star because the car & the price were okay, but the customer service was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. There was only 1 person in front of me when we arrived to drop the car off, but there was only 1 agent, and we werent even acknowledged for over 15 minutes. After finally receiving the agents full attention, I was told that even though I was only a half hour over the time limit, that Id be charged another full day, because of that half hour.
