I rented a car from Avis in September, Billings Airport. Upon my return, I left my prescription sunglasses on the counter. When I called to see if they might be there, the women were EXTREMELY helpful. I believe their names were Debbie and Tessie. They put the sunglasses in the mail and I got them two days later. Huge relief as I have a serious prescription that is difficult to get right and these sunglasses were the best I had. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for great service and helpfulness. TFW Colorado
