I had an excellent experience with Avis Car Rental from start to finish. The booking process was quick and easy, the pickup was smooth, and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I reserved. Drop-off was just as simple, with no hidden fees or surprises. Avis made the entire rental process stress-free and convenient. I booked my rental a month in advance through my corporate leisure code. This automatically applies the Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) coverage for the car, which was reflective in my reservation. When I got there to pick up my rental, the guy went out of his way to remove the coverage. When I inquired with him he said it’s only applicable to business rentals (not true because this code is for leisure use, and I’ve rented with them before and they never removed it).
