Disappointed with my rental experience this morning. Picked up the car and the entire interior was dirty, with crumbs on the seats, dirty flooring, and debris in the trunk. I had to immediately take it to a car wash just to clean the mats and the front before it was usable. Expected much better standards.
I have found this to be the best rental car company in Frederick. The employees are helpful and kind. Good car selection unless you come at the absolute busiest time. In which case no place has a good selection.
Don’t even think about renting from this location
I’m happy with this location, always got a nice and clean car, Tolu was amazing, definitely I will recommend this location.
