If you want a clean car, don't rent here. I've had to rent from this location for years because of my company's corporate travel contract. Cars are always dirty...in and out. They don't have the same standards as Avis as an airport. The last time I rented, I was offered to have my receipt emailed to me, which I accepted. It never came. To be fair, the service has been friendly there. Their cars are generally nice. Too bad they are always filthy...in and out.
I rent a car for 6 days but returned the car after 2 days. I have received a receipt for 6 days via email. Contacted Avis twice and was on hold for more than 40 mins both times and was not able to talk to customer service to fix this. This is beyond ridiculous.
Good place to rent a vehicle when other places in Harrisonburg had none.
Showed up before the reservation to find door locked and lights out. This place is trash. Avis Corporate needs to pull the brand from this location.
