If I could give 0 stars I would. Make a reservation back in August for a trip today. Was told day before that the car had a wheel issue and needed repair and would call me later with an update. Waited 6 hrs for that update. Nothing. I called all afternoon and evening with no answer. Never heard a word. Had to find another car from a different company. Delayed our trip. Disgusted with Avis.
Counter agents were very pleasant and help with all matters and concerns that I had during my rental! I appreciate the kindness and calmness of staff!

I would not recommend renting a vehicle from this company! They could not answer my question as to why they over charged me and refused to let me return the rental early so I had to keep it and pay four days of rental fees when it just sat in my driveway I was quoted $483 and charged $563 plus another $250 when I picked it up. The service sucked and the lady i dealt with was very RUDE!
