I would not recommend this location.. limited base model cars..u will have to take wat they give u... No other cars to choose from..car I rented was stinky from inside...horrible odor.. spoiled my entire trip..
Knowingly rented a car with a slow leak
We used to always use Avis car rental. They were reliable and had great deals. NOT ANYMORE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They let you book online and take your money and then call you the morning off and say they don't have any vehicles at all but still take your money. Which by the way is hundreds of dollars!! Then they say it will take 3-14 business days to return your money!!! Usually when you rent a car its because of an emergency situation!! I’ve been a loyal Avis customer for years and exclusively rent from them wherever I travel. I’ve never had a single issue at any other branch, until I dealt with the Battle Creek location. For the second time now, I have had a confirmed reservation only to be told there were no cars available. To quote Jerry Seinfeld: "See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding.
