Jana and the manager charged me for 2 days of the car when I had it for 2 hours. $624 instead of $35!!!!! I called back within 24 hours to let them know and they told me they would work on it. The next week they said they were working on it. After a month of no changes I called them and they said they charged $200 for service dog cleaning fee (service dogs are not allowed to get charged a cleaning fee unless it is EXTRAordinary). I would not rent a car from avis, ive heard about the way they care about there car And they are too picking and wont listen to the shop when they request that all 4 tires need replaced, if im renting a car i want good tires on my rental, not a car that is 5/32 or less, so if you want my business, you need to be less picking and listen to shop when they are suggesting that all 4 tires need replaced

I rent all over the world (including having a family member who works for AVIS in europe) and the Battle Creek location is the best location by far that I have experienced. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent work. You are in the best hands possible when renting from BC.

I've rented at this location at least 10 times over the last few years and I've never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, easy rental & pickup process, good prices. I definitely recommend!

Great experience! Got me a car when no one else is battle Creek had any rentals available. Customer service was great. Pricing was good. Overall very happy and will use Avis again.
