Talked to Brian personally on the phone, confirming my order, the car, the location, and getting the confirmation number as well as laying down the deposit. Had an important meeting where we were expected, but when we got to the rental desk, was met with; "oh, I'm sorry, I've been trying to reach you, but we don't have any cars available right now" My phone never rang, never showed a record of any calls or voice-mails received; nothing. I'm thinking somebody's not being very truthful here.

This is the worse place to rent a car from. They are associated with Budget Car Rentals as well. I made reservations for a car with Budget the first time, they called me back saying they had nothing available. Within a week I had the money I paid back. Within 2 weeks after that reservation, I called around for another rental. Everyone was telling me they had nothing available. So, I called Avis at the nearest location to me. Jana and the manager charged me for 2 days of the car when I had it for 2 hours. $624 instead of $35!!!!! I called back within 24 hours to let them know and they told me they would work on it. The next week they said they were working on it. After a month of no changes I called them and they said they charged $200 for service dog cleaning fee (service dogs are not allowed to get charged a cleaning fee unless it is EXTRAordinary). I would not rent a car from avis, ive heard about the way they care about there car And they are too picking and wont listen to the shop when they request that all 4 tires need replaced, if im renting a car i want good tires on my rental, not a car that is 5/32 or less, so if you want my business, you need to be less picking and listen to shop when they are suggesting that all 4 tires need replaced

I rent all over the world (including having a family member who works for AVIS in europe) and the Battle Creek location is the best location by far that I have experienced. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent work. You are in the best hands possible when renting from BC.
