I'm only giving it one star because I have to. We rented a van for my wedding and we were returning it the next day. I got there at 11am and it did need to be returned by 9:00am. So yes we were late. But I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone helped us. There was the employee behind the counter who was on the phone and his "boss" who sat at his desk and ignored me the entire time. This location has very rude staff and charge you for things that you didn't do days after you return your rental! Bad business!! I will NEVER use this rental service again, there's a reason they are a few dollars cheaper! Go to Enterprise!
This location is old, dirty, unfriendly, and has bad quality cars. Mine broke down twice!
