Mike is excellent!
We travel and rent vehicles often, the service at this location has made it so Avis is our preferred vendor.
Rented a car thru priceline. Went yo pick it up after preregistering the registration said they needed to verify my luscencse and credit card and get the keys. Got there they needed to run my credit card and would not accept my virtual card. Left with no car the next day there was a charge for the car for 200 plus dollars and almost 15 for the insurance. Got the 200 refunded but there telling me the 15 is a different party and I need to get it from them.
Since moving to Titusville a year and a half ago, I’ve rented from Mike at Avis about once a month—and every single time I’m met with friendly, efficient service and the exact car I reserved (or an even better upgrade!). In a world where great customer service is increasingly rare, Mike and his team consistently go above and beyond to make the rental process seamless. Thank you, Mike and the entire Avis Titusville crew, for always putting a smile on my face and getting me on the road with ease. Highly recommended!
