I rented a car from you yesterday. The car I booked online for $89 was not available when I arrived. They told me that the car I had reserved was not there and gave me an electric car instead, but charged me more money. The electric car was not good for me because it used a lot of electricity and I had to charge it frequently. I have already returned the car, and I have the receipt showing what I paid. Dzafer was absolutely amazing!!! My Dad is in a wheelchair and he went over and above with making sure that we arrived to our rental car pick-up safely! He was incredibly kind and gentle with my Dad! He assisted the whole way through! Traveling with someone in a wheelchair can be challenging but Dzafer made it so much better!!!
