This place service and customer care had gone down after the new ownership of the business prior one were good and always helped to resolve the issue.

This Avis location is cheater. I booked a 2-day rental from Saturday 12 PM to Monday 12 PM. They called me and asked me to pick up the car before 12 PM on Saturday because the station closes at noon. I picked it up at 11 AM, and they clearly told me there would be no extra charge for this early pickup since it was due to their closing time. However, when I returned the car, they charged me for 3 days instead of 2. This is misleading and unfair. Please be very careful with billing at this location.
