Almost ruined my trip. They don't understand the words "unlimited miles". I was just about to get my keys when she asked me "where are you going?" firstly I think it's none of their business to ask. I answered honestly (mistake?) and she refused to give me the car. I had walked 4 miles there to get it as my wife does not drive. I had to walk back 4 miles and I just went and call enterprise who picked me up and gave me card with real unlimited miles and didn't ask my business! Skip Avis!

Only reason coming here previous years was proximity, great customer service ( friendly female S ) and somehow always upgraded . But last 2 times, it was all business. Car wasn't clean when picked up, and was also charged for the day & insurance for today ( return was 4 pm ) even if I returned it yesterday ( a day earlier ). Enterprise gives us refund, fyi

Works for jnj with have corporate president clubs loyalty and yet refuses to switch car. Keeps saying it’s a perfect, if it is then they could’ve easily swapped it :)

I'm really not sure about Avis the customer service is great but the pricing seems to be a little off balance, if you do the math 8 Days at $42.75 should never equals out to $655 Dollars

I Have been coming here off & on with family for 1 year now but I had to stop because they seem to always say they don’t have the proper car class that we need. I Recently Came in around 4:35pm, was told by a guy that they didn’t have any cars & ta come back in the morning. I Can honestly say that I’m Glad I took his advice & Came in the next morning as told because I was greeted by 2 very nice ladies. One was Caucasian and the other African American.
