Wildly disorganized. I suppose I needed a reminder of why I never use Avis/Budget.
Slow, disorganized service. The line was painfully long and they were understaffed and unprepared. Very disappointing. I will never book with them again. Would not recommend.
This location has been my worst experience with AVIS. Dropped off my car, dropped my key in the return box 1.5 hours before scheduled return time in the AM. Could have been a smooth return, but I received a bill from them charging additional half day saying I didn't return until late PM. The back-and-forth calls with AVIS last for 3 days, multiple different call agents telling me the different stories that I need to wait 48 hours after I returned my car to ask for refund, and then wait another 48 hours for the "email team" t... read more
I do not recommend this AVIS. No Avis preferred counter. Booked car weeks ahead. Car not ready. Lost 30 min on this trip due to their poor reliability. Hertz looks more prepared so I'll try that next time Edit: 40min now. Very poorly planned
All these stupid, incompetent rental car companies deserve to go out of business for the good of the people. They still manage their inventories like it’s 50 years ago, and the outdated procedures and annoying upselling continue to this day. Even the sound of the old, noisy printer drives me crazy. It took me over an hour to get a car that looked like it was about to be scrapped. I just can’t understand how these incompetent businesses are still operating.
