Fast efficient pick up and drop off Love it
I reserved a car here for a little over a week. Everything went smooth when I arrived. I was first in line so it went pretty fast. The car was a Mazda CX5 that was pretty clean and had no problems. I was able to return the car early in the morning and put the keys in the drop box at the counter. They credited my $200 credit card hold with a day or two. I would recommend.
This place is terrible. People in front of us waited two hours to pickup their car, we are still in line after an hour waiting. It’s painful to watch how long and how slowly it takes to check out a single person. I already filled out everything ahead of time via a text received from Avis, why does this take so long? They actually have a cardboard box with all the keys in it that the agents have to dig through, really?
