DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. RESERVED A CAR AND WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY "DIDNT HAVE IT" RUN FAR FAR AWAY. DROVE 1.5 HOURS TO GET THE CAR. HAD TO DRIVE 1.5 HOURS BACK HOME. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE. GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE. 11/25 AT NIGHT. Whoever was working night shift needs to be fired.
I reserved a car and when i arrived at the airport they had me do paperwork and then told me they had no cars and couldn't tell me when they would have one. Went to enterprize and was in and out in 5 minutes.
Reserved electric vehicle at this location for trip, had specifically rented accommodations to allow for car charging, instead when we got there, desk agent said "yeah, we don't really get those here. Not sure why they are advertising those on our site... but we're giving you an upgrade, so there you go". Not pleased at all with this, as we don't want the "upgrade" that requires 91 octane fuel.
Called customer service because I had to swap a terrible car (insect infestation) I got from DTW airport. The said go to the counter at the closest Avis, no problem we’ll swap it. Went to the counter where the lady told me to call “roadside assistance” because “they need a papertrail” if they swap a car they didn’t provide. Why does the customer have to create a papertrail?
