I had an important business trip and made a reservation with AVIS in advance, expecting the car to be available when I arrived. I came to the location to pick up my reserved vehicle, only to be told that there were no cars available for me. What made this experience even more frustrating was that cars were being given to other customers while I was being told that my reservation could not be honored. The staff is awesome! Extremely helpful when there was an issue with our rental. We will be renting from there again.
Horrible business!!! I reserved a car a month out because I needed a larger suv for space. I received a text from them 2 hrs. before pick up stating they didn’t have a vehicle that size for me and were cancelling my reservation. So now I’m stuck and no other Avis in the area has a vehicle that fits my needs for this trip.
We had a rental set up months in advance and they called and cancelled the day before we were supposed to pick up. They refused to fix the issue. Horrible customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY
