We had a rental set up months in advance and they called and cancelled the day before we were supposed to pick up. They refused to fix the issue. Horrible customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY
DO NOT waste your time! This place is a joke. We reserved a car a month ago, spoke with them yesterday about picking it up this morning and now as we were on our way to pick it up they call and said they have nothing for us. They gave all their cars to the airport and don't care about the reservation they already had booked. They completely screwed up a vacation that has been planned for months. What's the point of even allowing reservations when they don't plan to ever hold them?

They don’t even deserve a 1star!!!! …I am beyond disgusted with this Murfreesboro location on behalf of myself and my family. …We rented a vehicle at Avis in Charleston SC on Saturday, May 23rd, because of a special we saw that was a lower price than any other company. The incompetence and rudeness of the entire staff store is simply unimaginable. The treatment my wife received as a female was appalling. I was told by the manager that they had canceled 83 reservations this past week and they have 200 reservations to cancel this week so it is very unlikely that you will have the security of obtaining the vehicle that you rented. Luckily in the last minute Enterprise was able to pull through and get us the vehicle we needed for our travel. I would avoid this place like the plague.
