DO NOT RECOMMEND! To start off, the lady at the front desk doesn’t need to be employed. She obviously doesn’t enjoy her job. She had a bottle cap in her mouth while talking the whole time, Cut me off as I was asking questions, and has no customer service skills. She had no energy or desire to be working and it felt as if she just wanted us to be out her face as soon as possible. I will definitely not be renting from these people again.
I made reservations online saying that vehicles were available. Once I arrived to pick up the car not only did the person inside say they don’t have any cars, she stated that there wouldn’t be any cars for the rest of the week.
