The lady at the desk was so unbelievably rude that I canceled my reservation and am booking elsewhere. She, conveniently, had no name badge on. Whoever y'all have working right now is AWFUL.

We made a reservation way in advance to rent an suv because we need the space to move. We arrived on time but they simply told us they didn’t have any cars left and to cancel the reservation. What is the point of the reservation system then?
