Worse company ever, avoid at all cost. Valencia was the worst customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with.
Showed up to pick up my rental at the reserved time and no one was at the desk. Called and no one answered the phone.
Waited 15 hrs for a tow people at rental said it was not their problem. And would not do anything about it. Will not rent here ever again this site. I have never seen this before.
