Avis car rental is a rip off, if I can give them zero stars i would. They are trying to charge me for smoking in a vehicle and I don't smoke, 421.00 dollars for cleaning service. Avis you will never get any business from me or my colleagues.
The manager and new hire were extremely friendly. It was a bit of a maze getting inside as they were located in the airport terminal, but the customer service extended from behind the counter melted my frustration away.
