I came in a month ago to get a rental in Columbus, MS. I had some issues with my reservation and Neisha had my back. She assisted with the call to customer service. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I got my reservation fixed.

I had a few questions about my upcoming rental, it took a few calls to get through. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and answered all my questions..they seem to have a lot to do with a limited staff so be patient. If I'm happy with the reservation when I bring the car back I may update this.
