I am so grateful for Nick at Avis on Elk Grove Blvd. He really came through for me when I accidentally scheduled the wrong date for my vehicle rental. Because it was a Friday, availability was extremely limited and there weren't many cars left. However, Nick went above and beyond to ensure that I got a vehicle.
