This place deserves minus in stars I am a truckdriver truck broke down and in shop in Indianapolis rented car on line for Saturday at noon wife put it on credit card from arkansas gave debit card on Saturday because they needed a card to touch for deposit she ran the card told we was going to take money from venmo to put in bank she told me that it would not get to my bank in time 2 minute process she told me I could come back Sunday morning so come back 930 different person she said couldn't do it without credit card that w... read more

My experience with Avis Car Rental was extremely bad. They wasted my time and effort, and their staff were completely disrespectful. The service level was very poor, and they did not consider any of my needs or respect my time. I advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with them.

This is the worst campany ever With all the elements of bad service, lack of respect, impolite and impractical customers who do not interact with the customer with a respectable way, inaccurate appointments, always false information, their only concern is to take money from you for free, even if you ask to get your money back, it will be told after three days, I do not recommend this company at all.
