We had our first experience with Avis earlier this week due our car we had almost 2 years had to get towed back to dealership for unexpected electrical/mechanical issues.. ERIN was so great with helping us out on such short notice! She was very upfront with the details and expectations that come with renting a vehicle which we did not get from any other rental places we were looking into..
