Worst experience I’ve ever had. Women at this Longview location refused to return a rental from DALLAS. Tyler Airport has no Avis rental car return. My father is sick out of the hospital Ubers to Tyler airport takes the rental to Longview and They refuse it!! He has to return it to Dallas and then shuttle back!!! Are you kidding me!!!!
Ageism is real. Sick old man (me) treated like a dog! Just complete disrespect!!! I’m appalled at the service I received by the women running this office. Maybe it’s because I’m a white old man!

Customer service needs help. Senior gentleman was very grumpy and had no problem openly complaining about things.
An experience so awful, I WILL NEVER, rent a vehicle again. Let me start by saying, whoever they're car porter is, needs a raise. He's the only reason we got a WORKING rental, after a five hour ordeal of receiving a lemon, and dealing with the RUDEST customer service I, or my family have EVER received.
