If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! These people are completely unprofessional. A reservation was set for 9am, & we weren't able to get the car until 10:20 due to the older snotty man to get the people in the line taken care of. He made my friend cry because she was respectfully asking "excuse me, I made a reservation & I have to leave here to be there on time to pick someone up" . Felicia is a very professional attendant I give her 5 stars !!
Shout out to Felicia from Avis Longview!! I was in a hit and run accident where a bus hit my rental and proceeded to drive away. I was able to drive the vehicle to the nearest Avis (which happened to be the Longview location). Felicia made multiple calls to her manager who got in touch with corporate and other Avis locations to help me with my situation. Within an hour, I had a new vehicle to drive back home and my car accident reported to Avis.
