Rented a gmc Yukon from a gentleman from Moldova I forgot his name started with P the experience was excellent I was in and out very quickly I’ll be back again thank you .
Called and followed the prompts to lost and found. The connection automatically drops when you do this. The irony is that I found Avis property I wanted to help them find.
I rented a car for a day from Dec 24 9pm and returned it 7:30pm on Dec 25. The gentlemen at the counter says I'm all set after returning the key to the location. The next morning I received a receipt saying I did not return the car until 5:30am in the morning of Dec 26. Just pure dishonesty. Also, just be aware that if you drive less than 75 miles a $15.99 fuel charge will be posted automatically without any prior notification.
The first car I was given was damaged and iced over with no scraper in the vehicle (December). The manager gave me a new car and when I picked up that car it was not full of gas. I went back to the desk alerted the manager (Nick) and showed Nick a picture of the gas tank reading. He said not a problem. Arrived late into the evening, walked straight up to the counter to be warmly greeted by Jason. He’s excellent- went above and beyond to set me up with a great ride and I was on the road in just a few minutes. Great experience and highly recommend!
