Very disappointing experience with Avis, especially their handling of an after-hours return. I rented a vehicle from Avis in Bozeman and returned it at Jackson Hole Airport on September 1. Because I had a 7:05 AM flight, I returned the vehicle at approximately 4:30 AM. There was no Avis employee at the counter, so I followed the after-hours return instructions. We had such a wonderful experience with Avis in Jackson Hole! The entire team was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. The manager, Natalya, is amazing and truly made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. We were traveling with three young kids, and they made everything so much easier for us, including providing the car seats we needed.
