Terrible experience. We were charged a $150 cleaning fee for having dog hair in the car. We never had any dogs or animals in the car at all. The pictures given to us show a small/normal amount of debris on the floor. We tried calling to discuss the issue and explain we never had animals in the vehicle, but they did not give us any reasonable solution. I guess if you want to avoid a charge you need to have the car detailed before you return it or you need to continuously clean your feet before getting in the car. Really a rid... read more
