First I’d like to point out I’m an avis presidents club member. I travel for work, mostly renting through airports but also rent locally when I need to travel to Ohio. My local Avis closed last year so I’ve had to rent from other Avis locations. Cranberry is convenient so I can hop on the turnpike. I had rented a car scheduled to pick up at noon on Sunday. As I got there the location was closed. I looked on the website and apparently they close at noon on Sundays. But then why did the system allow that pick up time?!? I gues... read more
Great place to rent!
I recently rented a car at Avis in Cranberry and was impressed by the service of one of the employees. He’s a mature gentleman, yet incredibly energetic, fast, and professional. Despite his age, he moves and works with the speed and enthusiasm of someone half his age. Very polite, respectful, and truly dedicated to helping customers. A great example of professionalism and positive attitude — he definitely deserves recognition
Caught a ride 41 miles refused to rent me a car had to walk back
