I've never rented before and the friendly service I received there was great, I felt that customer service still exists. I requested a particular vehicle even though I was not promised the vehicle they were able to accommodate me and my family. When I returned the process was very simple the cost was exactly what I was told. I would recommend this location if your looking for a rental.
This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. First we were promised a large suv Which turned out to be unavailable when it came time to pick it up. (Not sure the term "reservation" means anything to them.) The vehicle we got was smaller than we needed and it turned what could have been a great vacation into a nightmare. We couldn't fit all our luggage and couldn't bring back christmas presents which had to be FedExed back.
