Avis has always provided me with great service and well maintained excellent condition vehicles. This neighborhood location on Park Avenue in Highland Park offers the best rental experience. The local manager Jim is very knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. The worst car rental ever. He gave me a dirty car full of trash Then he got mad at me when I asked to clean it or exchange it then he wanted me to return the car and cancel the contract.
Easy pick and and drop off - got a luxury upgrade for $8 a day! Left a jacket in the trunk and it was promptly set aside for me. I’ll rent here whenever I can.
