Avis has always provided me with great service and well maintained excellent condition vehicles. This neighborhood location on Park Avenue in Highland Park offers the best rental experience. The local manager Jim is very knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to meet my needs. I have a half a dozen rental companies closer to my house but I will go out of my way to rent from Jim in Highland Park. He always takes care of myself and my family. The worst car rental ever. He gave me a dirty car full of trash Then he got mad at me when I asked to clean it or exchange it then he wanted me to return the car and cancel the contract.
