Just so refreshing and surprising how above and beyond the guy on the front desk at the Lake Zurich location went for helping me out. ( don't remember his name, Thursday September 11, 11:30am). Just wow . Wish evry car rental place would do the same. Definitely will be back

I reserved a one-way rental from Chicago to New York. When I arrived, I was told they don’t allow one-way rentals, then after some negotiation they agreed but changed the price. In the end, the final amount was even higher than promised. The car (Honda CR-V) had a large rusty dent on the fender, and I was charged $788 for only 3 days (not including fuel). Very dishonest and unprofessional service.

This has definitely been my best car rental experience. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is my second time renting from Avis, and I’m honestly impressed by how much better it is compared to their «yellow» competitor. Cars are great, and the whole process is super quick and easy. I’m now sticking with Avis and will gladly recommend them to my friends — especially this Lake Zurich location. Thank you so much for outstanding service!

Lake Zurich Avis team is friendly and very helpful. I am a frequent renter and Avis Lake Zurich team has always delivered. My requested cars have always been available on time, fresh, clean, in good condition and ready to go. They go above and beyond to accommodate my requests in time of crunch as well. With their 5 star customer service they have earned my lifelong loyalty with their location.
