Waited over an hour in line for a reservation I already had. Made for a very tough ending to a very long travel day. 10 kiosks and 1 person working ... Ridiculous. Be prepared to stand in line for a long time.

Made reservation for car 3 weeks ahead of time, still took over an hour just to get the car... Turned out they didn't have the right car even available. We were told we would have to wait to charge the EV without an update of how long it would be. Price ended up being the same but why does it seem they have no people working here and no cars?

I’m standing in line waiting to pick up a rental - have been here for 50 minutes and there are still 2 parties ahead of me!! Unbelievably slow service - the only car rental service in the whole center with a line. Hope the car isn’t as bad as others have reported… Very disappointing. Will do my best to avoid in the future.
