Very friendly staff at the AVIS service counter, and no additional insurance was pushed. The car was handed over in a clean and excellent condition—kudos to the service team responsible for the vehicles. Would gladly come back anytime!
The lady at the desk wasn't the friendliest but she seemed somewhat helpful. Paid for a standard size, yet we were given a low quality compact car and one of the tires is nearly flat. Will definitely be trying to change to a different car. Avis also sent us to the wrong location but apparently neither location had the car size that we paid for. This is turning into quite a hassle.
Del gives our car to someone else so we end it with nothing car for our trip
